Individual counseling

At Soul & Psyche we offer individual, outpatient counseling for children, adolescents, and adults. Although sessions are primarily individual, joint sessions with a family member may occur to facilitate treatment.

If you would like to start therapy for yourself or your child, please call or message us so we can verify basic information and determine whether we best fit your therapeutic needs. You will then schedule an intake session where forms are completed and basic information is gathered about your personal history, current symptoms, treatment goals, etc. You and your clinician will determine a schedule and duration of treatment that suits your needs.
